Unless expressly permitted under a separate written agreement with Gemini Legal Services, Inc., you are expressly prohibited from:

Using AI Outputs to Train AI Models: You may not use, or permit others to use, any AI Outputs for the purposes of developing, training, or improving any machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence systems, or related technologies.
Distribution to Third Parties: You may not distribute, sublicense, share, sell, or otherwise make available any AI Outputs to any third parties for any purpose, including but not limited to the training of artificial intelligence models.
Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of JudyAI or the AI Outputs.

Any unauthorized use of AI Outputs may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service and may subject you to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Gemini Legal Services, Inc. or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or these Terms.
